The way we breathe is essential for our health, mental as well as physical. This may sound obvious but most of us never think about it! This course will introduce you to a range of breath practices to optimise the physical architecture of breathing in your body, as well as calm the subtle nervous system. You will learn techniques that you can use to support you in all areas of your life. Both beginners and those with experience of breath work will benefit from this dedicated time to focus on the essence of life.
